Information we collect
We collect only what we need to deliver and improve Quote Builder.

- Quote content, pricing presets, and attachments that you create or upload while using the product.

Data retention and deletion

- Analytics tooling is scoped to first-party cookies—no cross-site tracking pixels or ad networks.
- All subprocessors behave as data processors under our instructions and support data protection agreements.
Google Calendar integration
When you link Google Calendar with Quote Builder, we request access only to power scheduling features in your account.
- What we access: permission to view, create, change, and delete events on your calendars after you connect your Google Account.
- How we use it: create calendar events for client meetings scheduled through Quote Builder, automatically update or reschedule those events when meeting details change, and display your schedule in the dashboard so you can avoid double-booking.
- How we share it: we do not sell, rent, or share your Google Calendar data with anyone else. Calendar data is used strictly to make scheduling inside your Quote Builder account work.
- How to remove access: disconnect Google Calendar from Quote Builder at any time, or revoke access from your Google Account Permissions Page by removing Quote Builder.
Your choices and rights
We work with every customer to honor privacy rights across regions.
- Update profile information or team member access directly in the application at any time.
- Export quotes and customer records via built-in CSV/PDF downloads or our support team.
- Request deletion of an account or specific data sets by contacting support—we respond within 30 days.
